In the actual production process, if printing products are affected by static electricity, there are four common problems: burrs, missing printing, graphic dots, stripes and water drops, which will seriously affect the final quality of printing products.

1、 Burrs caused by static electricity
When printing the graphic part, the field part and the thick lines of large characters, there are hairy ink splashes, and linear flying ink like “beard” appears.
2、 Electrostatic leakage
Due to the influence of static electricity, some pictures and texts cannot be printed or cannot be printed in place, resulting in missing printing; When laying white ink, there is repulsion, resulting in cracks.
3、 Static electricity causes graphic dots
Electrostatic dust absorption phenomenon, dust impurities adsorbed on the film, after printing, there are many uneven dots on the text.
4、 Speckle caused by static electricity
Some stripes with different shapes are formed in the large area of the pattern, and the phenomenon is not improved when adjusting the embossing cot.
5、 Static electricity causes “tears” like drops of water
During full page printing, water drops like “tears” appear in multicolor overprint, light and heavy. It is not easy to appear when the machine speed is slow, but it appears when the machine speed is fast.
