In the process of packaging powder materials in small containers, the containers are usually transported on a carousel from the feeding system through the filling station to the conveying system. During the filling operation, the following problems occurred:
1. the powder is attached to the outside of the container and will cover the inner wall of the container.
2. the powder is adsorbed on the filling head.
3. powder accumulation will eventually lead to misloading. Meanwhile, the pollution outside the container will also be rejected by the customer.

Solution

Two qp-fz ion nozzles are installed at the position immediately before entering the loading station. One nozzle is aligned with the outer wall of the container, and the other is aligned with the inner wall of the container.
